KAMALAKSHY: (12.01.1932-22.06.2006)
Kamalakshy
teacher, formerly known as CHAMMINI Kamalakshy after marrying Chammini Vasu, was
born at Pandalam .Father Sankaran and mother Nageli. Later they shifted to
Edathitta. She studied hard and managed to get qualification for Needle work
teacher. Then she went to MALABAR in search of a job and got a needle work
teacher job. Part time work in two schools, Peringavu AUP School and Vazhayoor
LP School. Later she brought many of her family members to Malabar and got them
job. In the mean time she remains unmarried.
Chammini
Vasu(03.03.1918-16.12.1979) was a CPI(M) leader from 1934 onwards. Some of them
decided not to marry in order to work full time party work, Like Com. K
Padmanabhan, Com. MK Kelu, Com. C Vasu etc. But after some time some are got
married. C.Vasu married at the age of 42. He married KP Lakshmi(08.04.1928-21.01.1975)
Koniyam Parambil house, Thirurkad, who was a teacher. Children: Sunish, Renuka,
Ajayan and Santhosh. She left the children un manned and being a leader of
CPI(M) he could not manage to house hold activities, party comrades arranged
second marriage with Kamalakshy teacher.
After
the battle and defeat of Pharnace II, king of Pontus, in 47 bc, Julious Caesar( Roman Emperor) sent 3
simple words back to the Roman senate 'Veni, Vidi, Vici' I came, I saw, I
conquered.

Same
way She came, She Saw, She Conquered us. Only because of her continuous effort,
my sister who was having some physical weakness able to overcome all the
problems and got a good job and got a good family. Because of her effort only I
reached the present position including my family.
